Karolina Monika Furdyna of Passaic, New Jersey, after a valiant nine year fight with cancer, entered eternal life on Saturday, May 26th, 2018, she was 23. Karolina was born in Mielec, Poland on July 20th, 1994, to Edward and Anna (Mazur) Furdyna. She and her family came to the United States in 2000. Karolina was an intelligent young woman who was Salutatorian of her graduating High School Class, Passaic County Technical Institute in 2012. In 2017 Karolina graduated from the Stevens Institute of Technology with her degree in Electrical Engineering. Karolina had earned many trophies and awards for dancing and more recently choreography and teaching dance. She was an accomplished Improv Sketch Comedian and loved to play board games. Karolina is survived by her loving and devoted parents, Anna and Edward Furdyna, her maternal grandparents, Maria and Boleslaw Mazur, her paternal grandparents: Maria and Jan Furdyna, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by her devoted boyfriend, Kai Wu. Visiting 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, Monday, May 28th, 2018, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 29th, at St. Joseph's Church, 7 Parker Ave. Passaic.
