Frank Sabat of Sussex and formerly of Wallington entered eternal life, December 15th, 2018, he was 82. Frank was born in Avoca, PA on October 13th, 1936, to Karol and Sally (Drozd) Sabat. He was raised in Wallington, moving to Sussex 17 years ago. He had proudly served in the United States Marine Corp from 1955-1959. Frank had worked as a carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 15, now known as Local 253. He was a member of the Gooney Birds of New Milford and enjoyed spending time in his garden and chopping wood. Frank is survived by his beloved wife June (nee Matash), his beloved children; Richard and his wife Terri, Lorrie and her husband Gerald, Frank Sabat, Janice and her husband Chris. He is also survived by his eight beloved grandchildren, Melissa, Kayla, Victoria, Michael, Daniel, Zach, Olivia, and Josh and his 2 cherished great-grandchildren Dexter and Chloe. Frank is also survived by his dear sister Madge Veliky. He was predeceased by four sisters and four brothers. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am, Wednesday, December 19th, at St. Mary's Assumption Church, 63 Monroe Street Passaic, New Jersey 07055.
